Hindi:

Present Perfect Tense का प्रयोग उस कार्य के लिए किया जाता है जो भूतकाल (past) में हुआ हो, लेकिन जिसका संबंध वर्तमान (present) से हो।

Formula: Subject + Helping Verb (have/has) + Past Participle of the main verb + Object.

Structure / Formula

 Affirmative (Positive Sentence)

Formula:

Subject + have/has + past participle (V³)+Object.

Examples:

I have finished my work.
मैंने अपना काम खत्म कर लिया है।

She has gone to school.
वह स्कूल चली गई है।

Negative Sentence

Formula:

Subject + have/has + not + past participle (V³)+ Object.

Examples:

  • I have not finished my work.
    मैंने अपना काम खत्म नहीं किया है।
  • He has not eaten food.
    उसने खाना नहीं खाया है।

(Short forms: haven’t, hasn’t)

Interrogative (Question Sentence)

Formula:

Have/Has + subject + past participle (V³)+Object?

Examples:

    क्या तुमने अपना होमवर्क पूरा कर लिया है?
  • Has she called you?
    क्या उसने तुम्हें फोन किया है?

Negative-Interrogative Sentence

Formula:

Have/Has + subject + not + past participle+object (V³)?
